Barbara – I wanted to tell you that your company is delightful to order from and you have everything that is needed for the type of beading that I like to accomplish – little tapestries made of beads. I am currently working on one that is a painting from Michelangelo which will be 10x7 in size. You are very pleasant to converse with on the telephone and “extremely” efficient when sending your orders. I especially like the notes you have on your web page associated with the beads (replacement colors, unique features, etc). I recommend your site to all who are involved in delicas.

Barbara I received my order of beads yesterday. I was astounded at how fast I received these beads. Never before have I received an order this fast. Since they are for a santa beard I was so excited. Thank you so very much for this. Have a wonderful Christmas. By the way, the Santa pin and Santa earrings have been such a great hit. Hi Barbara – again you are the wizard (or Bead Queen Extraordinaire). The order I placed on Saturday (and that you sent out that day) arrived today (clear across the country in a little rural so-small-we-have-to-share-a zip-code place in New Hampshire). People who complain about the USPS just don’t know how good a job they do – especially when they have people like you who are so customer-service oriented.

I hope you know that I recommend you to ANYONE who asks me where I get my Delicas. You consistently provide the best response, customer service and ALWAYS seem to have the beads in that I need.

Your designs are such a delight to work. A month ago, I started beading again after a 30 year hiatus. Two years ago I was classified legally blind. I had three surgeries in the last year and a half that restored my sight to the best it's ever been. When my husband asks why I'm working with tiny stuff (beads) - I proudly say "because I can." This rose amulet and earrings are the third thing I've made after all those years I let slip by. Your patterns have helped renew the passion I had forgotten for years but never will again. I just wanted you to know that you have been a wonderful part of my journey back to beads. HUGS!!

I just started making beaded earrings using Delica Beads. I have been somewhat frustrated with other books, concerning bead types/sizes and the colors they discribe, some don't have instructions. I have to tell you your mail service is absolutely fantastic, 7 days from order to receiving it, you have to be congratulated on your quick turn around. I posted a letter to my son in Australia a month ago, which is a 3 hour plane trip from here, it took over 13 days to reach him.
