Method of Shipment
Depending on the amount of the order, it will be shipped either First Class Mail or Priority.

Priority is not guaranteed. The Post Office says 2 to 3 days anywhere in the country.

First Class is not guaranteed.

USPS Tracking
There are NO tracking numbers for Priority or First Class.

USPS uses Delivery Confirmation, which we include in the cost of our Priority postage. This service allows you to look online and see when a package was delivered. This is not a tracking system. It is usually more helpful for the package sender than the recipient.

Missing Package Policy
We cannot submit a claim on a missing package until a 30 day waiting period from time of shipment has been met. At that time we will require a signed and dated statement concerning the missing package. Once received we will either refund or replace the purchase.

Missing Packages Policy on Insured Packages
Because of customs delays and the shipping distance, some deliveries can take longer than expected to reach their destinaton.

We cannot submit a claim on a missing package until a 45 day (60 day for Italy) waiting period from time of shipment has been met. At that time we will require a signed and dated statement concerning the missing package. Once received we will either refund or replace the purchase.

Customs Declaration Form
All International orders are marked as "Merchandise". Please do not ask us to falsify information on the Customs Declaration Form.

Your country may charge customs fees for your order.  We recommend you check with your local mail service for more information.
